Im crying but my mind is still racing. Tell me please how far one must travel. How long one must endure just to see the light of hope. Going through the motions but no where to go. Give me your hand because today I cant go on. Help me if you can, speaking in silence and no one can hear. Who am I, stuck in a body not able to fight. Give me your attention, I AM STILL HERE.

So many times when people are suffering from depression their way of reaching out for help isnt heard at all because their journey is one of silence and being alone. So if you dont hear anything with you ears please listen with your soul. Because they are there reaching out.
